Carolina Creek Christian Camps, Huntsville, TX

2018 – Present

Led the creation and growth of an in-house creative agency, overseeing brand development, IT infrastructure, production, and marketing strategy for a 500-acre camp and year-round retreat center.

  • Built and led a multi-disciplinary team of 5 full-time and up to 18 seasonal creatives and technicians.

  • Directed brand identity, visual storytelling, web design, video/photo production, and print services.

  • Developed and implemented SEO, paid ads, and social content strategies that drove significant engagement and registration growth.

  • Managed IT systems and infrastructure for on-site and remote staff, providing reliable support for daily operations and events.

Founding Director & Designer

Lone Star Lights, Huntsville, TX

2018 – Present

Conceived, developed, and led a 20+ acre immersive Christmas experience featuring lighting displays, themed attractions, and a fully produced dinner theatre experience.

  • Produced and managed nightly event operations with 150+ staff and volunteers.

  • Designed and implemented guest flow, park layout, and environmental storytelling using centralized show control for lighting/audio.

  • Oversaw programming, production, hospitality, and marketing—creating a high-quality, memorable guest experience.

  • Built scalable infrastructure to support annual improvements and cross-departmental asset reuse.

  • Maintained alignment with the organization’s mission while appealing to a broad audience through immersive, family-focused design.

Worked as a Professional Photographer traveling to schools, universities and private offices to photograph students, faculty & employees for professional head shots taken on-location.
